For small orders, the shopping cart tool available on our website accepts payments made by credit card and Paypal. For most countries, Credit Card payments are accepted except for some parts of Africa and Asia. Please ask before you make your order if you live in Africa or Asia.

For bulk orders we require payment in advance by Western Union Money Transfer, Telex Transfer (TT) or Bank Drafts.

Western Union Payment Instructions:

Western Union is a fast and reliable way of transferring money overseas.

1. Simply go to your nearest Western Union branch or agent and fill in the form and hand over the desired amount which you wish to transfer to the WU agent.

2. Please ask Western Union staff/agent to transfer the amount to us in Canadian Dollar. 

3. A service fee is payable. Please be sure to pay all transfer charges so that we receive the exact net amount quoted in your invoice. Otherwise, the bank will deduct the charge from the transfer, and the payment will be short (we cannot ship the order if we receive less money than the total amount)

For example, if your purchase total is $100 Canadian Dollars and the Western Union service charge is $12, then you will need to transfer a total of $112.00 Canadian Dollars in order to cover the service charge.

4. You will then obtain a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which we kindly request you to e-mail to us. This number must be provided by ourselves in order for us to receive the payment.

5. We can then obtain the payment through Western Union agent.

Telex Transfer (TT) Payment Instructions:

1. Go to your local bank.

2. Fill the particulars in the order form by printing full details.

3. TT the Grand Total and pay for all bank charges (we cannot ship the order if we receive less money than the total amount). 

4. Scan the TT form and e-mail it to sales@moon-tech.com
 

5. Your order will be shipped out to you within 24 hours after we have received the remitted money in our account.
 

6. We will send you a confirmation after your order has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number for the shipment.
